Cancellation policy.
We value your time, and ours. Each appointment is reserved especially for you, and our team prepares in advance to deliver the best possible service.
Cancellations / Reschedules: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Same-Day Cancellations / No-Shows: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, or if you do not show up, may be charged the full price of the scheduled service.
Running Late? Please call us. We'll always do our best to accommodate you, but if you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to adjust or reschedule your service and a cancellation fee may apply.
